A SANTA CRUZ COUNTY MAN HAS BEEN CONVICTED OF MAKING FELONY CRIMINAL THREATS. ON FRIDAY A JURY FOUND 32 YEAR OLD JOSEPH MICHAEL MUNROE GUILTY FOR THE MAY 25TH INCIDENT WHERE MUNROE TURNED OFF POWER, AND CUT CABLE AND PHONE LINES TO NEIGHBORS HOME BEFORE BRANDISHING A NOOSE AND THREATENING TO HANG HIM. MUNROE WAS ALSO CONVICTED OF FELONY PROBATION VIOLATIONS FOR SELLING MARIJUANA. MUNROE IS FACING 3 YEARS AND 8 MONTHS IN PRISON WHEN HE IS SENTENCED.
