3 SUSPECTED SALINAS BURGLARS HAVE BEEN ARRESTED IN CONNECTION WITH STATE PARKS BREAK INS. OFFICIALS INVESTIGATING A THURSDAY MORNING BURGLARY AT MANRESSA STATE BEACH RECEIVED A REPORT OF A SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE AT NISENE MARKS STATE FOREST. AUTHORITIES CONFRONTED THE SUSPECTS, WHICH WERE FOUND TO BE IN POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY AND BURGLARY TOOLS. 44 YEAR OLD SANDRA BOEWER, 29 YEAR OLD JAMES KEY AND 33 YEAR OLD RICHARD TACTIQUIN WERE ARRESTED AND BOOKED INTO SANTA CRUZ COUNTY JAIL
