A Greenfield woman is behind bars on attempted murder charges. Police say Christal Gail Ortiz tried to stab a man to death on the 600-block of Apple Avenue last night. The victim suffered multiple stab wounds to his back before being hospitalized. Investigations continue. Anyone with any information is asked to contact Greenfield police.
