Monterey County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 2 Castroville residents following a traffic stop in Marina yesterday. Deputies pulled a vehicle over at about 2:45 a.m. on Highway 1 at Del Monte Avenue for an equipment violation. 36-year old Epifamio Garcia was found in possession of a stolen, loaded pistol and an expandable baton. While passenger 27-year old Joseph Olea, allegedly had a meth pipe on him and provided false names to deputies.
