The Community Hospital Foundation continues to expand after purchasing it’s fourth office building in the Ryan Ranch Business Park last week. The parent company of the Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula says they plan to use the nearly 26,000 square foot building on Ragsdale Drive to house it’s Medicare HMO operation and wellness program. Officials plan to upgrade the building before moving into it early next year.
