A 16-year old Watsonville boy faces a weapon’s violation after he accidentally shot himself in the foot last night. The incident occurred on LightHouse Drive. Police say the teen is expected to be charged with a probation violation for possession of a weapon. Police also expect to charge the boys 22-year old brother with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and child endangerment. The boy is currently recovering in the hospital and is said to be OK.
