Beginning today, the new Crazy Horse Canyon Road Interchange in Monterey County opens to traffic. A ribbon cutting ceremony was held yesterday signaling the completion of work, that will now allow motorists on Highway 101 to exit and enter at Crazy Horse Canyon and Echo Valley Roads without making left turns across traffic. Barriers were installed yesterday to eliminate left hand turns across the Highway at those areas. The Crazy Horse Canyon Interchange Project is part of the overall Prunedale Improvement Project, which is roughly 80% complete.
