SOLEDAD MAYOR FRED LEDESMA WANTS THE PARTIES IN WASHINGTON TO NEGOTIATE AN AGREEMENT QUICKLY. HE SAYS THAT THE LONGER THE BUDGET CRISIS LINGERS, LOCAL BUSINESSES WILL BE IMPACTED MORE DEEPLY BY THE CLOSURE.
