THE CHASE, WHICH REACHED SPEEDS OF 100 MILES PER HOUR, ENDED AROUND 6 P-M LAST NIGHT, WHEN SHE DROVE HER VEHICLE OVER A SPIKE-STRIP IN MORRO BAY (IN SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY).
