A residential building in Seaside caught fire Wednesday.
The fire began in a garage on Elm Street just before 11 A.M.
No injuries have been reported.
Authorities say the garage was a converted living unit that was unoccupied.
Damage was limited to the garage, a nearby fence, and the trim of a neighboring home.
No cause has been determined.
