Four men were arrested on weapons and gang charges in Seaside on Saturday. Seaside Police officers were called to the 1900 block of Fremont Boulevard after receiving a report about a suspect brandishing a weapon. Officers spotted a vehicle matching the description of the suspects and stopped it. William Dominguez, Edwardo Munoz, Ramsal Navarro, and Jose Acosta, all between the ages of 19 and 21, were taken into custody. Two loaded guns were found in the car, as well as evidence of gang involvement.
