FOUR SUSPECTS WERE ARRESTED EARLY FRIDAY MORNING IN CONNECTION WITH THE ARMED ROBBERY OF WALGREENS IN WATSONVILLE. AT AROUND 12:40 A-M THREE ARMED MALE SUSPECTS ENTERED THE BUSINESS IN THE 1800 BLOCK OF FREEDOM BOULEVARD WHILE ANOTHER STAYED OUTSIDE ACTING AS A LOOKOUT. AN EMPLOYEE WAS FORCED TO THE CASH REGISTER AND THE SUSPECTS FLED WITH UNDISCLOSED AMOUNT OF CASH. A SHORT WHILE LATER OFFICERS DISCOVERED FRESH FOOTPRINTS LEADING THEM TO A HOME ON CARNATION ROAD. 21-YEAR-OLD ALBERT CONTERAS, 19YEAR-OLD EARVIN MEDRANO AND TWO MALE JUVENILES WERE ALL CHARGED WITH ARMED ROBBERY AND BOOKED INTO COUNTY JAIL.
