Authorities in santa cruz have released the identity of a man found dead sunday morning. 43-year-old brad anthony gargas’ body was discovered on the rocks below west cliff drive at 11:30 a.m. the death has not been ruled a homicide, but has been declared “suspicious” by santa cruz police detectives. the incident remains under investigation.
