After a year of sitting idle, a medical clinic in king city finally opened its doors yesterday. clinica de salud del valle de salinas was scheduled to open august 29th, however the clinic unexpectedly moved up the date, and is now taking patients. Construction of The 2-point-3 million dollar building on bassett street was completed last year. Officials claimed that acquiring state permits took longer than anticipated. Construction was funded with a federal stimulus grant.
