Salinas police are investigating a strong-armed robbery that occurred Saturday night. A 35-year-old man was robbed at gunpoint, in the parking lot of a nightclub at south madiera and san benito streets. The lone robber fled with the victim’s cell phone and cash after the 11:30 p.m. incident. the victim was not reportedly injured.
