A capitola man was arrested Sunday on suspicion of sexual assault. 32-year-old Richard joseph arvizu is accused of attacking a woman at a residence on the 8-hundred block of capitola avenue, after the 2 had been out drinking together. Arvizu was booked into santa cruz county jail on 50-thousand dollars’ bail.
