1-person was arrested, and another eluded marina police officers, after being involved in a hit-and-run in a stolen vehicle yesterday evening. The suspects crashed into another vehicle on highway-101 near orchard lane (in Prunedale). They fled in the stolen vehicle, leading C-H-P officers (and other authorities) on a chase to del monte road in marina. They fled on foot near the ramada hotel on reservation road, and, while the driver was caught, the passenger was not immediately located. A helicopter and k-9 unit were brought in to assist [in] the search effort.
