Salinas police detectives have made 3 additional arrests following last thursday’s murder of a 26-year-old man. On friday detectives arrested 28-year-old Irma Garcia at her van buren avenue residence. She is believed to have driven 1 of the shooters to the hospital. She was booked into monterey county jail on murder and other charges. And on saturday, 19-year-old Roberto Flores turned himself in at the salinas police station. He was also booked on murder charges. a 17-year-old boy surrendered himself to authorities yesterday. 2 other people have already been arrested on suspicion of participating in the murder of Juan carlos franco hernandez. The incident remains under investigation.
