A San Jose man was charged Monday after allegedly molesting two young girls and sexually assaulting a mentally disabled woman. 33-year old Waking Bailey is accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl in 2009, while he worked at the Eastfield Ming Quong Families First facility for children in crisis in Los Gatos. Another victim came forward last summer, saying that Bailey had repeatedly molested from the time she was 6 to 9 years old. After he was put on leave, Bailey worked at a San Jose facility for the mentally disabled, where he met and allegedly raped an 18-year-old woman. Bailey is currently in custody on $500,000 bail, and is slated to be arraigned this afternoon in Santa Clara County. If convicted, he could receive 53 years to life in prison.
