Authorities have identified the victim of a fatal car accident in Hollister last week as 18-year-old ismael villapando. The wreck occurred on highway-25 this past Wednesday, when villapando collided with another vehicle as he turned onto the highway from wright road. the 3-occupants of the other vehicle suffered injuries ranging from minor to moderate. Villapando was declared legally dead after being airlifted to a bay area trauma center. he was kept on life support until early last Friday so that his organs could be donated.
