A major accident Sunday in felton left 2-people hospitalized. The wreck occurred on highway-9 at 10:40 a.m, near san Lorenzo valley high school. 2-vehicles collided as 1-driver pulled out of a driveway. The driver in 1-vehicle was not injured, but both occupants in the car that pulled out of the driveway suffered major injuries. the 80-year-old male driver and a 76-year-old female passenger were both airlifted to santa clara county trauma center. highway-9 was closed in both directions for about 2-hours following the morning accident.
