A 21-year-old man pleaded guilty thursday to an additional weapons charge, after having been convicted of armed robbery earlier this month. Franky don vultaggio robbed a woman at gunpoint as she got out of her car at her roland drive home in the live oak area of santa cruz county. the woman was holding her baby, but neither victim was injured. Vultaggio was convicted of felony robbery, willful cruelty of a child, and other charges. he pleaded guilty in a santa cruz county courtroom Thursday to having a weapon while in santa cruz county jail. He is set to return to court on july 19th for a sentencing hearing.
