A santa cruz man pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge on Tuesday after being implicated in marijuana sales. 25-year-old Lloyd Edward Harman avoided more serious charges, after prosecutors decided that he wasn’t heavily involved in the operation, which was discovered this past november when authorities seized 130-pounds of marijuana at a live oak warehouse. Harman pleaded to loitering in a place where there is known drug activity. He was sentenced to 80-hours of community service and will be subject to search during a 2-year suspended sentence.Another man in the case, 30-year-old karl march, has been sentenced to 2-years in prison for his involvement with selling the drug.
