the man accused of kidnapping and killing missing morgan hill teen sierra lamar has gotten a new attorney. ken mandel, representing the santa clara county public defender’s office, has bowed out of the case involving antolin garcia-torres. garcia-torres will now be represented by the alternate public defender’s office, which handles cases when the public defender cites a conflict. antolin garcia-torres’ next court date has been pushed back from july 10th to july 31st.
