federal weapons possession charges have been added to the charges facing the two men accused of beating bryan stow last year. if marvin norwood and louie sanchez are convicted of the charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm, each man faces up to 10 years in federal prison. the two men also face charges of felony assault and mayhem.
