the gilroy city council is expected to hear a budget amendment proposal to fund landscape maintenance in the city. the 115-thousand dollar budget amendment would help maintain gilroy sports park, which hasn’t been maintained by the city since 2009. the city council plans to review the proposal at their meeting on monday night.
