A free boating safety course is scheduled to be held in monterey on Saturday. The course will be hosted by members of coast guard station monterey. the event is scheduled to run from 9 a.m .to 1 p.m. at san carlos beach park. That’s located across from the coast guard rescue station, (in between cannery row and the city boat launch).
