crews with the coast guard, n.o.a.a. and the marine mammal center hope to be able to help a 40-foot gray whale tomorrow. that after the whale got entangled in a net off the coast of southern california last week. it’s been headed north ever since, and is expected to get to the monterey bay tomorrow morning.
it was spotted this morning near limekiln state park….near the monterey – san luis obispo county line.
