a man rescued 3 people and towed a boat to safety yesterday. that after the 19 foot long boat’s battery died, and it started taking on water…while still about 2 miles off the coast of moss landing. the good samaritan managed to bring the boat in, before the coast guard could get out to the non-functioning vessel.
