3-people were arrested in santa cruz early monday morning on weapons, drugs, and burglary charges. at 1:20 a.m. santa cruz police officers pulled over a vehicle near the corner of south branciforte drive and broadway avenue. after officers allegedly found a loaded revolver, a marijuana pipe, and burglary tools, 21-year-old Richard Garcia, 24-year-old jose manuel rameno and 22-year-old ismael jose xilonzchilt-chavez were arrested on various charges.
