two gilroy brothers were arrested recently on suspicion of meth sales and firearm possession. state police served a search warrant at the home of 21 year old andrew charles and 23 year old richard charles on march 28th. officers found a loaded handgun and an ounce of crystal methamphetamine at the forest street residence. the brothers were arrested and booked into santa clara county jail on charges of possession of a controlled substance for sale and possession of a firearm. the investigation was conducted by the united narcotic enforcement task force.
