Pacific grove city council members have backed off of a proposal to alter the local regulations for fast food restaurants. Chains known as “formula fast food restaurants” have been restricted since 1980. 2-years ago, the city council began considerations to change the rules and allow more restaurants into the city. however, with the 5 to 2 vote on Wednesday, the rules will remain the same.
