A trial date has been set for 2-people accused of taking part in the occupation of a vacant bank building. Alex darocy and Bradley stuart allen are just 2 of the 11 people charged in connection with the November 30th takeover of the building, (which is located at 75 river street in santa cruz). The 2 are set to return to court on may 17th, with a trial date set for may 20th. They are facing 1-count of felony conspiracy and 2-counts of misdemeanor trespassing.
