A monterey county man has been arrested again, after failing a drug test. That’s a violation of probation terms for 25-year-old Jacob miller, who pleaded “no contest” just a month ago to possession of methamphetamine for sale. Miller, who is the son of monterey county sheriff scott miller, was allowed to serve his 90-day sentence in a drug rehab facility. However, miller is accused of still using drugs, and has been taken into custody. Authorities did not disclose the jail that miller was booked into, because of fears that he would be attacked because he is the sheriff’s son. Jacob miller is set to appear in court on march 27th to answer to the new charges.
