A coordinated sweep by authorities in south monterey county netted 7-arrests on Friday. The sweep was part of the “4 cities for peace” initiative, which teams up police from soledad, Greenfield, King City, and Gonzales. Those departments, as well as other enforcement agencies participated in the sweep. 40-people were contacted; 7 were arrested for various charges, including probation or parole violation, resisting arrest, and outstanding warrants.
