it looks like a hurricane will be blowing out of santa cruz, after 20 years. the hurricane roller coaster at the santa cruz beach boardwalk has been listed for sale by the seaside company. the ride has been listed on an amusement park ride sale website for 500-thousand dollars, and will be available in september. boardwalk spokespeople have said an official announcement of what will replace the thrill ride will be made by the end of summer. the “crazy surf” ride has also been removed recently, and is set to be replaced later this year with an updated version of the ride.
