a high risk sex offender in marina is being sought by marina police. just after 4:30 a.m. yesterday, state parole officers informed marina police that 55 year old robert bruce hultsman had cut off his g.p.s. monitoring bracelet. hultsman is a registered sex offender and is classified as high risk. he is described as 5-foot-10, brown hair and brown eyes. hultsman is known to drive a blue 1991 honda accord bearing a license plate of 6–n-k-h-8-3-2 .
anyone who sees robert bruce hultsman or his vehicle is asked to contact the marina police department as soon as possible.
