watsonville police discovered a sophisticated marijuana growing operation yesterday while they were investigating a separate incident. officers responded to reports of two teenagers hopping a fence and glass being broken on cipres street. after getting no answer at the door, police entered the residence. the teens were not located, but officers reportedly found an elaborate indoor pot growing operation that was spread out over 5 rooms of the home. the incident is under investigation.
