Protesters in santa cruz turned out sunday to march against bank foreclosure practices. Dozens of people gathered at the steps of the county courthouse on water street, before marching to local bank branches. Members of the local “occupy” movement were on hand, as were members of the Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom and students from U-C-S-C. Protesters called for an end to what they deem “fraudulent foreclosures” being perpetrated by big banks.
