2-people were arrested in Watsonville wednesday during a traffic stop. members of the santa cruz county joint gang task force stopped a vehicle on California street, when they discovered that both occupants were wanted for outstanding warrants. 24-year-old ruby isela bernabe and 40-year-old rene arizmendez were arrested on various charges.
