4-people were cited in santa cruz this week, for purchasing alcohol for a minor. Tuesday’s decoy operation was the latest in a string of operations targeting such buyers. 67-people were asked by the underage police decoy to purchase alcohol. 4 did, (and were cited), and a citation for an open container was given to a 5th person. The operation was funded by a grant from the california department of alcoholic beverage control.
