California highway patrol officers arrested a driver on highway-9 on Tuesday. steven romero was allegedly in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, as well as a hallucinogenic drug known as D-M-T. C-H-P had been called after other drivers noticed romero driving erratically. Romero was also found to be driving without a license.
