2 teens were arrested over the weekend after allegedly attacking a 15 year old girl with a box cutter. the victim was celebrating her 15th birthday near seacliff state beach. while walking to a friend’s house just before 2 a.m. saturday morning, she was approached by a 17 year old girl and 18 year old baily agnello near santa clara avenue. one of the attackers had a boxcutter and slashed the victim in the abdomen. agnello was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, the juvenile was booked into juvenile hall on the same charge. the victim was treated in a local hospital and released later that day.
