A capitola man (who was already out on bail), was again arrested on Friday afternoon. Santa cruz police say 30-year-old Tristan Pardee failed to yield to officers, when officers attempted to pull him over on ocean street. Pardee finally stopped at east cliff drive and mott avenue. Police say officers found 6-point-1 grams of methamphetamine in the vehicle, along with a stolen laptop. Pardee was booked into santa cruz county jail on several charges.
