A 21-year-old man entered a plea of not guilty today to accusations that he stole at least 5 catalytic converters. Sacramento resident Fue Lee is facing charges of possession of stolen property, vehicle theft, and grand theft. His brother, 32-year-old yee lee is facing similar charges; he is yet to be arraigned. Both men remain free on bail. Investigators are still trying to determine if the lee brothers are connected to 2-other sacramento residents that were recently arrested on similar charges.
