a watsonville man was arrested monday night on suspicion of d.u.i. after he allegedly slammed his car into a light pole, fire hydrant and a palm tree. 56 year old art hernandez was arrested after the 8 p.m. crash on westgate drive. hernandez had a blood alcohol content of .32, four times the legal limit. there were no injuries in the crash.
