A 43-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with the burning of a truck. The arson occurred Sunday afternoon, on watsonville’s Rodriguez street. Cecilia garibay was arrested on monday, on suspicion of arson. The truck was destroyed, but nobody was injured as a result of the fire.
