a 41 year old man is wanted for stealing his truck from a live oak tow yard after it was impounded. rudy davis was arrested tuesday after california highway patrol officers responded to a call of an intoxicated man sleeping in his truck on bernal street. the truck was impounded for having overdue registration fees. davis is accused of entering the tow yard on wednesday afternoon and taking back his truck. chp officers say that rudy davis is considered a public safety risk due to his history of impaired driving. his whereabouts are currently unknown.
