A 32 year-old Santa Cruz man was arrested over the weekend. That after Alfredo Ceda allegedly “tagged” the side of a santa cruz building (with his name and several gang slogans). ceda was found hiding in some bushes on the 15 hundred block of ocean street. he was booked into santa cruz county jail on suspicions of committing vandalism, participating in a gang, and violating the terms of his parole.
