A man who had been released from custody (in compliance with the state’s prison-realignment program), has been re-arrested. James lucio was taken into custody on Wednesday, after Gilroy police officers allegedly saw him driving a stolen vehicle. Lucio ran from officers, but was apprehended near Montebello drive and wren avenue. he was booked into san benito county jail on multiple charges.
